For an existing business, ErezAgent proposes a model of how the business operates, with the evidence behind every part. Once you approve it, ErezAgent configures the platform to match: record types, stages, rules, document checklists, customer portal pages, workflows, staff roles and appointment types.

Your material
Drop files into a bundle (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, Markdown, text, email and images; scanned pages are read as images) or describe the business in a few paragraphs. You see the expected AI cost before anything is sent, and confirm it above a threshold.

An evidence-backed model
ErezAgent maps the material into typed items: processes, roles, record types, stages, documents, tasks, approvals, SLAs, rules, workflows, customer experiences and integrations. Each one carries an evidence state, and quotes are verified deterministically, not by the model.

A change set you approve
Review item by item or section by section, then prepare the build. Impact is worked out from live data, and one approval, owner only, is pinned to that version. An approval tied to an older version is refused.

Governed apply
The build runs step by step as a high-risk governed run. Each step is read back after it is applied, the run resumes if interrupted, the kill switch stops it, and connected systems are never switched on automatically.
Evidence states
Every item says how it is known.
An item that cannot be represented by the real platform model stays a gap. It never quietly becomes approved configuration.
- Verified
- Found in your material, with a quote that was checked against the source.
- Inferred
- Reasoned from the material, not stated in it. Shown as such so you can confirm or correct it.
- Assumption
- Filled in to complete the model, including your own answers to open questions. Reviewable like any other item.
- Missing
- Needed but not found. "Approve all" skips these; they need an answer or an edit first.
Before you approve
You see the consequences first.
Preparing the build shows record types, live records per stage, records that would fail new checks, rules, portal pages, workflows, role changes, integrations, what customers will see, risks, and whether each step can be undone.
- Choose to apply to new records only, or migrate existing records in batches with a ledger so it can be reversed

- Every field a customer can see needs your explicit confirmation
- Each requirement is classed: ready now, configuration or template, extension, new development, or blocked
After the build
The model stays honest over time.
Drift detection
If someone changes a built part directly in the system, it is marked as changed outside the Twin and you are alerted. Nothing is corrected automatically.
Rollback
A rollback shows exactly what will and will not be restored and goes through the same approval as a build. Record types and workflows come back as a new version.
Sanitised templates
Turn parts of an approved model into a reusable template. Names, contacts, documents, credentials, customers and staff are removed, and installing one still creates a draft for review.
Privacy
AI analysis is your decision.
AI-analysis consent is owner-controlled. Before document content leaves the platform, identifiers such as ID numbers, IBANs, card numbers, phone numbers, email addresses and secrets are masked.
In local-only mode the work must run on a private local model or it fails; it never silently falls back to a cloud model. The documentation is explicit about what masking does not reliably detect, such as personal names and free-text addresses.
What Business Twin does not mean
It is an evidence-backed model and a governed configuration mechanism for the parts of a business ErezAgent can represent. It does not imply that every undocumented behaviour, legal obligation or informal practice can be inferred from uploaded material.
